The above represents a 2 dimensional gravitational model of a positively curved, asymmetric universe.  In such a model the horizon of our observable universe would be located about 25 degrees either side of the 0° mark (north pole), but not exactly.  The position of the milky way galaxy (our position) on this model would be slightly off the north pole, which would make our observable universe appear ever so slightly lop-sided.  The model above and the 2 models below are all showing the same thing with the exception that the number of  dimensions represented in the model is increased by 1 for each subsequent model.
The Curved Model

For more information on the model depicted in the 2 diagrams below click here

The 3-D diagram below represents how a curved universe would be perceived from our location in the Milky Way. (yellow dot)

The 4-D diagram below depicts the same model as above but from the perspective of space wrapping back on itself in a 4th spacial dimension, time gets bumped to 5th.  The outermost black spherical shell above is now represented below as the concentrated red dot at the south pole.  The inner red sphere above representing the extent of the observable universe is depicted below by the red ring, which is also the event horizon for the black pole located at the south pole.
